Industry : Okay , well, what can I do :( , Well !! If worker can't come to work.... How about send the work to the worker ?? :) ...Outsource !!!
Indian IT companies (IIC): We are glad to do the work. We have enough resources to ramp up and ramp down. we can send people on L1

I have earlier contacted Atlas to verify if they are registered with any state's Department of Insurance. They did not even reply.
IMO, it is better to buy an Indian Insurance. For American insurance, the only way to make them pay is go to court against them but with Indian Insurance, you can lodge claim with Insurance Ombudsman in India which is fast and effective. The only flip side is, US medical facilities might not recognize Indian insurance (though most Indian insurance collaborate with US insurance for claim processing)

mrajatish, Thanks for taking the initiative, we have thought about such a drive in the past but later on gave up because the transaction fees on 25 dollars comes to about $4-$5, which is almost same for $50. But yes if people can just spare $25 than even $20 which comes to IV is good enough to reach the target.
How about this - let us have a couple of volunteers call/email people asking for $25 contribution. If we can get 1/2 of 3000 people contributing $25 each, we will get to about 120K. I am ready to take initiative in this - core group, can I get this initiative going?

The reason why Asia has less is that people from India and China are not eligible to participate in GC lottery.
So to be fair, they should remove 7% cap per country from EB based.

I am a registered member not contributing financially so far. I beliefs are as fake as "reverse brain drain". I am neither fake nor anti immigrant. I am not a citizen of the USA nor a permanent member to be anti immigrant. But I always like to try and see if I can walk a mile in their shoes before making tall claims about anything. I beleive the USA govt will really stop the reverse brain drain if it is that big an issue for them without even we trying to tell them.

How is that possible? Did you apply for H1 before you left this country and got the approval after you came? If so you have a problem because leaving the country when H1 is pending invalidates the application.
If you had H1-i94 before you left the country. Why did you not turn it in when you at POE(xit)? You are required to do so. If you have not, you are supposed to send your old i94's to some place (I dont know where, check the web).
